I cant get my new password

Hello there.
I am a player called Lipstix and I have been registred for 34 days.
I
chose the change password option and did not recieve my new password.
My friend decided to help,so sent a message to howrse. They then sent
me a link to find out my password, but the link does not work! It tells
me that the player does not exsist.
Help would be appreciated.

It has been sugested that I might have pressed delete? I can still see my profile on a new game though. I cnannot figure out how to email howrse as my friend did it and she is mad at me.
