Hi there,

I am Chocolate456 on Howrse, I have been on Howrse for a about 17 days, but there is one question I would like to ask.

Why do you have to be on a certian riding level, to do stuff?
Like, you have to be on riding level three to create a e.c......

Plz help!!!

I believe they have those restrictions because they want players to be of a certain seniority before they can do certain things. For example, if players were allowed to create equestrian centers from day 1, Howrse would be flooded with thousands of ECs run by people who might never play the game again.
