New Features!

We are bringing you some totally new features to help the game play and add some more fun to Howrse!
With for instance a financial history and a few changes in the reproduction system. From now on you will be able to have access to your financial histories for the breeding and the equestrian centre sections from your offices. They will allow you to follow what you are doing with your money more easily like in real life! The Competitions now bring points to horses even in the last of their skills! Breeding has been slightly modified. So now a good BLUP is needed to insure the best foals possible. Don’t hesitate to read the help section to understand genetics perfectly.
We will also be adding new options more regularly! To come, some changes about growing crops and a whole new design for the website!

Prices have also been slightly modified on Howrse, to ease up the game, there will only be round prices and Mister Hubert will buy your items for 50% of their price. For instance, the prices of the lessons has been rounded to the closest integer, where as the price of certain items in the stores have changed. The price of forage has gone down but the cereals have gone up a bit and it is more worth while to sell droppings now!
With these modifications the lesson price ranking won’t make anymore sense as all the best players will be at the same level. So it is going to be removed and other new and more exciting ranking are going to appear on Howrse!
According to our calculations, roughly, your breeding expenses should slightly increase, but less than 2%. On the other hand, because of a better price for droppings, you will be winning more money daily. So that the production of 3 acres worth of manure fertilizer for the equestrian centres continues to be advantageous, the number of dropping needed has gone from 50 to 25.
