Saving your horse pic to the standard bkgrnd for Black Pearl

Can anyone help me? I saved my howrse pic on the "standard background" using Firefox, etc and now Howrse won't accept it. It says it is in the wrong format. It is in the png format with the standard background like it says.

What is the problem? Please help!
